Hat tip to DYNAMIC BREAKS. I found this online radio station on shoutcast. They play breaks and electro. The website lacks much to do but the design is really nice. Its all about the radio station though. It is rare that I find an online electronic music station that pretty much every song I like but this one does it. I have been out of the electronic/dance music scene for a while and forgot just how good the music can be till I came across this station. I will surely be tuning in more. If you like breaks and/or electro check it out.

The U.S. government has showed its arrogance again. The FBI Has Arrested Former NETELLER Executives. This is purely an intimidation move in my eyes with no real justification. These two guys don’t even run the company anymore; they founded it. They were snagged on flight layovers in the U.S. and charged with money laundering? I say this has no justification for the following reasons:

1. NETELLER is not a “Gambling” company. If people choose to use it to transfer funds in that way it should be the users responsibility (yes I have been one of those users)
2. These guys are merely shareholders now. They both have stepped down as directors of the company. Are we going to start holding all shareholders liable for every public company?
3. The company is not even a U.S. company. We cannot govern them.

Yes I know the U.S. passed a recent law prohibiting financial institutions from transferring money to/from online gambling sites. I think the government is stretching the limits of this law however. They got what they were most likely looking for however. NETELLER has since forbid U.S. customers from using their service to transfer funds to and from gambling sites. Looks like I will have to find another way to play poker online.

New years this year was a bit of a change for me. This is the first new years in 7 years I actually stayed in town. Thats not to say it wasn’t a great time however.

We started off at Alex and Kathryn’s new condo downtown. Congratulations to the both of them on their recent engagement and beautiful place to live. The night followed to dinner and drinks at Wallstreet with many old friends and some new. New years never ceases to amaze me with how everyone loosens up so much including myself. Thanks to everyone who was out for a pretty drama free night, office afterparty not withstanding
